mixed feelings about my stay
noticeable drafts uncomfortable sleeping
the location proved useful to icons shops and restaurants
the room was rather cold and drafts were noticeable i found sleeping uncomfortable because of it i think they need better insulation

a sweet haven
central location caring team high quality extras
the location feels like a dream come true, so central and vibrant. i loved how the team communicated with such care. the apartment design, particularly on the fifth floor, felt luxurious and clean. everything was good and of a high quality.
i feel like kitchen and lounge area could use blinds for more privacy. being overlooked by nearby offices felt a little exposed. it's a minor thing, but something i notice right away.

friendly staff good direction
The location was near Regent Street. The staff were helpful and friendly. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. I found good breakfast spots along the same street.
The door code did not work all the time though I had to call reception to open it repeatedly.
